I conceptualize, moderate, organize, and document the outcomes of specialist events on topics in sustainable development, especially conferences, workshops, policy and sector laboratories, peer learning events, stakeholder dialogues, round tables, etc., either onsite as a physical event or online.

I have more than 10 years of experience in running and moderating Europe-wide events. In doing so, I have developed innovative methods and interactive exchange formats, e.g., “spaces for exchange”, peer learning approaches, “framing the dialogue”, etc. Recently, I have made extensive experience in moderating online events, by using various formats to enable engagement and interaction.

Given my 20 years of experience in sustainable development through coordinating European projects, I combine expert knowledge with extensive experience in facilitating events focused on content, outcomes, and interactive exchange.

I moderate in German and English. I am based in Austria and a German native speaker, but have been using English as my professional language for more than two decades.

These are the services I offer in more detail:

  • Conception and design of different event formats, e.g., conferences, workshops, online events etc., including clarification and definition of event objectives; agenda development; storyboard (detailed running order of agenda and event planning, including technical and organizational details); specification of different formats (i.e. keynotes, break-out groups, interactive formats, etc.)
  • Moderation of events, including technical equipment (microphone) and moderation material
  • Organization of events, including venue selection and technical equipment; catering; invitation and briefing of speakers and panelists; participant registration management; platforms and interactive tools for online events
  • Outcomes report and written documentation of events with a summary of keynote presentations, discussions, break-out group results, etc.
