I provide advice for the development and implementation of sustainability strategies and processes in the context of the 2030 Agenda and the SDGs, climate neutrality, the European Green Deal, ESG strategies, Circular Economy, etc.

This also includes advice on various sustainable development topics and governance processes that need to be successfully and effectively addressed in institutions, organizations, businesses, etc.

For the successful practical application of sustainability strategies and processes, I have developed the “CLEAR approach” for policy processes, strategies and concepts, which is based on Commitment, Long-term orientation and objectives, Effective processes, Assessment/Audit-orientation, and Responsiveness.

I have long-time experience in sustainable development policy topics, processes and strategies, and have coordinated many Europe-wide projects in these areas. In addition, I have advised national governments in the development and implementation of sustainable development and related policy strategies.

My strategic mindset, my competence to facilitate teams with different backgrounds, my ability to understand complex and interrelated topics, and my Europe-wide network and knowledge of best-practice examples are key aspects of my work.
